Key Responsibilities
As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic way.
- Processing ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges, as well as handling baggage claims and other customer-related issues.

Requirements
