Job Functions and Responsibilities

As an Experienced Seasonal Customer Connection Representative II, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, store chat, and Live Person chat
  • Assisting internal and external customers with sales and/or service inquiries
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for customers reaching out to the Customer Connection Center for sale or service assistance
  • Gathering important data, researching issues, and formulating the appropriate Customer First Resolution to support our continued growth as the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry and delighting our customers
  • Independently working towards providing Customer First Resolutions using the required arenaflex systems and tools with support from the Leadership Team
  • Responding to inbound requests, including online orders, merchandise selection, and repairs
  • Using analytical and decision-making skills to gather important data, research issues, and formulate the appropriate Customer First Resolution
  • Multi-tasking to meet or exceed established service level expectations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Embracing change and personal development

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication through various platforms, including Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and basic technical proficiency
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to participate in cross-training sessions in various areas within the department
  • Ability to be on camera for all training, cross-training, Teams, and Zoom meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual English-Spanish speaking skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex systems and tools
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

Work Environment and Company Culture

As a Seasonal Customer Connection Representative II, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing a safe and secure work environment for our customers. We offer a competitive starting hourly pay rate of $15.00 minimum and a range of benefits, including:

  • Up to 5 weeks of mandatory paid full-time training
  • Competitive starting hourly pay rate of $15.00 minimum
  • Premium pay for bilingual English-Spanish speaking employees
