Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Document Typing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately typing and formatting documents from scanned images, PDFs, or handwritten notes, ensuring that all content is legible and easy to understand.
  • Entering data into spreadsheets, databases, or online forms with precision and speed, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Proofreading typed content to ensure spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Organizing and labeling files according to given instructions, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong typing speed (50+ WPM preferred) with high accuracy, ensuring that you can meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic document formatting, including the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your work effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Prior data entry or transcription experience is a plus, but not required.
