- Assist clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation
- Use chat templates and personalize responses when necessary
- Log interactions and case notes into the CRM system
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in live chat or online customer support
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Fast typing speed and attention to detail
- Calm and focused demeanor under pressure
