About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving growth, retention, and expansion opportunities for our valued customers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our platform and enjoy a seamless user experience. Success in this role means striking a perfect balance between commercial outcomes and outstanding customer advocacy, all while collaborating across product, engineering, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts: Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities to ensure long-term success for our customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers: Ensure they achieve key business outcomes using our platform, providing expert guidance and support every step of the way.
- Serve as a strategic advisor: Build customer success plans, encourage adoption, and deliver product best practices to help customers maximize their investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to communicate customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Champion the voice of the customer: Use customer feedback to shape future product direction and drive innovation.
- Develop scalable customer engagement strategies: Create knowledge-sharing resources to support the growth and success of our customers.
- Influence cross-functional teams: Proactively work with teams to deliver customer outcomes and drive business results.
Essential Qualifications
•
2+ years of experience
in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS.
Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills
and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
to deliver customer outcomes.

in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, or within CRM/data services platforms.
