Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, including tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs.
• Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
• Helping to de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
• Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, to help customers get the most out of their arenaflex experience.
• Collaborating with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve our customer service processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Have at least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Have high-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, and Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
• Be able to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
• Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
• Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
• Reside in one of our US hiring zones

Training and Support

arenaflex is committed to providing our customer service advisors with the training and support they need to succeed. Our comprehensive training program includes:

• 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm CST, starting the week of July 13th
• Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you improve your skills and performance
• Access to our knowledge base and resources to help you stay up-to-date on our products and services
