Job Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as On-Call Customer Ambassadors. As an On-Call Customer Ambassador, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, support, and guidance to our customers.

Schedule

This is an on-call position offering flexible hours from Monday to Saturday. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process. As an On-Call Customer Ambassador, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we're committed to providing a schedule that works for you.

Key Responsibilities

As an On-Call Customer Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

• Extending a warm welcome to every customer, ensuring an exceptional level of hospitality
• Providing support to team members by equipping them with necessary resources for success
• Relaying customer feedback and concerns to supervisory staff
• Upholding current marketing, wellness, and culinary initiatives
• Facilitating weekly promotions and programs designed for guests
• Sharing industry best practices and recognizing the contributions of colleagues
• Displaying thorough knowledge of menu items, effectively communicating details to customers
• Advocating for effective selling techniques to assist customers in their decision-making process
• Ensuring food displays are attractive and meet established presentation standards
• Performing additional duties as required

Required Skills

To succeed as an On-Call Customer Ambassador, you'll need:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Compensation and Benefits
