Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Support and Data Entry Specialists to join our remote team. As a Customer Support representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering and updating customer information in our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Enter and update customer information in our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide support as needed

• Meet weekly and monthly performance goals, including customer satisfaction and issue resolution metrics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and customer service activities
• Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
