Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to ensure our clients have a seamless experience
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to minimize downtime and ensure our clients can access the support they need
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide support when needed
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect our clients' sensitive information

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
