Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Business Process Analyst to join our IT Asset Management team. The IT Asset Business Process Analyst will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving and enhancing business processes, and helping manage IT assets. This role involves working across all of IT, security and other areas of the business, to ensure quality reporting, optimization and complete end to end asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization. What You'll Be Doing • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of IT asset management • Lead and manage IT asset related projects from initiation through to completion • Write and document user stories using JIRA and work closely with developers and engineers • Write, review and maintain both internal and external standard operating procedures • Develop and maintain standardized procedures for tracking and reporting IT assets • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT asset management database and tools • Identify key metrics, clear dashboards and reports to stakeholders • Assist team with customer tickets/requests as needed and various other ITAM related projects The Expertise and Skills You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, project management, process management, product management, business operations or a related role, preferably i
