Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist & QC Professional, you will play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from the United States, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges

Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule

As a Data Entry Specialist & QC Professional, you'll have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, with a range of scheduling options available. For part-time employees, you'll have the ability to choose your own schedule, with a minimum of 2 hours to 4 hours per day. For full-time employees, you'll work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
