Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced entry-level customer service representative to join our remote team as a Benefits Representative. As a Benefits Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support, helping clients understand their insurance benefit options, and supporting them in making informed decisions about their benefit needs.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Help clients understand their insurance benefit options and answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
• Support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services

Entry-Level Qualifications:

* No prior experience in insurance or customer service required

• High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales

• Familiarity with insurance products and services
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
