Job Requirements

As a customer service representative on our paid panel program, you'll be responsible for:

• Showing up at least 10 minutes before the designated discussion start time
• Contributing to the discussion by completing both written and/or oral instructions
• Filling out the written survey provided for each panel
• Testing the provided products and/or services and being prepared to discuss them ahead of the meeting date

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
• High-speed internet connection
• Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
• Customer Service Representative agent experience is not compulsory
• US residents only
