Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolving issues
• Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in our systems and processes
• Providing clear, complete, and accurate information to customers based on a full understanding of our programs and policies
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Achieving results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers
• Ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
• High School diploma or GED
• Background and drug screening required
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

• Knowledge of our programs and policies
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
