Job Summary

As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients. You'll be working remotely, using cutting-edge technology to interact with customers, resolve issues, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in arenaflex's technology and systems
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
