Our Ideal Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a knack for prioritizing tasks, we want to hear from you. Our ideal CSR is someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possesses basic knowledge about computers
- Has experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC and plumbing industry

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative (CSR)
