Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide support and answer client inquiries
- Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
- Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
- Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
- Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
- Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
- Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- To be at least 18 years old
- A high school diploma (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
Essential Skills and Competencies
To excel as a Customer Care Advisor, you'll need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve client issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of insurance products and benefits
- Experience with virtual presentation tools such as Zoom
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
