Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in Victorville, CA. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive experience that exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account changes, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and resolving issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
