Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, building rapport, and setting qualified sales appointments. You'll work closely with our Outside Sales team to identify opportunities and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospects and build rapport to identify their needs and set appointments for our Outside Sales team

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Utilize our CRM system to track activity and manage leads
  • Collaborate with our Outside Sales team to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the staffing industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of the Lancaster, PA market and local businesses
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Flexible hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4:30 PM
