Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research initiatives by completing various tasks, micro-tasks, and studies from the comfort of your own home. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value flexibility, enjoy working independently, and are eager to develop new skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete data entry tasks, micro-tasks, and studies from home, using your computer, laptop, or mobile device

  • Participate in online focus groups, product testing, research trials, and other studies as required
  • Utilize your webcam for studies that require video participation
  • Conduct studies using your smartphone, as needed
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, using Microsoft Word or Excel as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with our team, following instructions and providing feedback as required
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and studies

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, with all education levels accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
  • Strong focus and follow-through skills
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
  • Data entry skills, with the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support (helpful but not mandatory)
