Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chula Vista, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
• Providing product information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
• Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
• Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
• Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
• Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
• Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
