Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Reports To: IT Manager

Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering data into computer systems and databases. This includes collecting, scanning, and digitizing data from a variety of sources, such as paper documents, spreadsheets, and images. The Data Entry Specialist must be accurate and efficient, and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into computer systems and databases
  • Collect, scan, and digitize data from a variety of sources
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of data entries
  • Verify the accuracy of data entries
  • Resolve data entry errors
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet deadlines
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
