As a Remote Customer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring clients' needs while implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, increasing policy sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Position Overview:
- Assist customers with product selection and providing personalized recommendations
- Handle inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.
- Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.
- Promote continuous improvement in consumer engagement processes and contribute to business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or relevant field, customer service or a fast-paced admin role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in using Zoom and Google Spreadsheets.
