Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, providing legendary service to our customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering process. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Certification in customer service or a related field
