The Senior Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. This includes providing excellent customer service, managing the day-to-day store operations, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and employees. Additionally, the Senior Assistant Manager acts as a leader on the store team by coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential. <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating store team members</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service and lead by example in creating a positive shopping experience for each customer</li> <li>Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed in a professional and visually appealing manner</li> <li>Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and employees by maintaining store standards</li> <li>Monitor sales performance and implements strategies to achieve store goals</li> <li>Communicate with the Store Manager to ensure all store operations are running smoothly</li> <li>Act as the Store Manager in their absence</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred</li> <li>3+ years of retail management experience</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills</li> <li>Ability to perform effective problem-solving</li> <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays</li> <li>Passionate about the Hobby Lobby brand and the products we sell</li> </ul> Apply!
