Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
• Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in every interaction
• Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
• Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
• Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless support

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
• Basic computer skills and experience with a strong understanding of software applications and systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
• Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing a positive customer experience and resolution
• Must reside in California
