The Role

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to problem solver for our clients, resolving phone, email, and chat support tickets, reporting bugs, and collaborating with other departments to create the best customer experience possible. You'll be at the center of all the action, working independently but always having your team's back. Your mission will be to help our clients succeed in field sales, and your role will be crucial in making that happen.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve phone, email, and chat support tickets in a timely and professional manner

  • Report bugs and collaborate with other departments to create the best customer experience possible
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for iOS, Android, and web applications
  • Collaborate with other departments to create knowledge base articles and other support resources
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve support services

Essential Qualifications

* Technical proficiency with iOS, Android, and web applications

  • Experience in technical support or a help desk environment (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
  • Eye for detail – ability to identify and report bugs and other technical issues
  • Strong team spirit – ability to work independently but always have your team's back
  • Natural sense of empathy and patience – ability to help users of all technical levels resolve their issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the door-to-door sales industry (insider knowledge of our clients)

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles like call centers, help desks, or tech support
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking outside the box
  • Interest in continuous learning – ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
