Join Our Team

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll work in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to process customer orders and inquiries. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $25 to $29 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential

  • $2 Shift Differential
