Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Calling and Receiving Calls from Clients: Engage with clients through phone calls, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns.
  • Scheduling Appointments with Clients: Arrange appointments with clients who request our benefits, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Essential Qualifications
