Your Role as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and experiencing no two days the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following work-from-home requirements:

  • Internet Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
