Dimensions Application Analyst Sr

Overview: Join our dynamic Information Technology Services team, where you'll play a critical role in the secure and efficient management of information systems across their entire lifecycle. We're looking for a senior-level professional who brings deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for mentoring others.

Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday. (On call support required, as needed).

Location: Remote

Department: EPIC Core Clinical Sys

Key Responsibilities

• Information Systems Management:
  • Maintain full awareness of all information systems within your scope.
  • Understand and document the sensitive data stored, transmitted, or processed by these systems.
  • Enforce security best practices, including the principles of least privilege and least functionality.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Identify and respond to potential information security incidents.
  • Participate in and support security incident response activities.
  • Ensure systems comply with organizational and regulatory security standards.
• System Design & Architecture:
  • Design information systems that align with user needs and organizational architecture.
  • Lead the development of highly optimized systems and processes for complex, high-impact projects.
• Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior and intermediate team members.
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Education: High School Diploma Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience: Minimum three years relevant information experience Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Obtain application system cert. Pass all cert. passing grade within three tries for each test or project.

* EPICCare Link certification strongly preferred. 

Additional Skills Required: Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
