- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor.
- College experience preferred; additional education or certifications in administration, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
