About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Assistant to support operations, data management, and enterprise system activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and administrative support for enterprise systems, including Navy ERP and/or SAP Business Objects tools
  • Analyze, manage, and maintain data to support operational and business decision-making
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting end users
  • Assist with process improvements and system optimization initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least five (5) years of relevant experience with Navy ERP or Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Business Objects tools OR
  • Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience with Navy ERP or SAP Business Objects tools in lieu of a degree
  • Documented customer service experience
  • Demonstrated, measurable experience in data analysis and data management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government or defense-related systems
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization techniques
