Customer Service Representative

We are a fast-growing Health & Wellness DTC eCommerce brand looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our company. This role is essential to creating exceptional customer experiences, helping shoppers navigate their orders, addressing concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling valued, supported, and confident in our products.

You will respond promptly to customer questions, requests and resolve issues efficiently with professionalism and care. You will deliver outstanding service that builds trust and loyalty, accurately document all interactions in our system, and adapt to a flexible schedule to support ongoing business operations. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall reputation of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer questions and requests, offering clear guidance on products, orders, and services.
  • Assist with placing orders, checking refund or return statuses, troubleshooting issues, and managing replacements.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, proper usage, and routines, helping them make informed decisions while maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Represent and maintain the RejuvaCare brand voice in every interaction, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and consistent.
  • Resolve concerns efficiently using strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts, to support business operations.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our system to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Utilize CRM and support tools to manage customer interactions across email, chat, and social platforms efficiently.

Qualification: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce, retail, or health & wellness environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic and professional approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Comfortable learning about health and wellness products and explaining their benefits in a clear and compliant manner.
  • Experience using customer service platforms and eCommerce tools is a plus.
