What You’ll be Doing

As an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud solutions on the Oracle Cloud platform. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure management, and security best practices.

During a Typical Day, You’ll be responsible for

• Design and Deployment: Create and deploy Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions tailored to business needs. 
• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor and maintain cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Security Implementation: Implement robust security measures to safeguard cloud data and applications. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with CloudApps teams to troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues. 
• Resource Optimization: Optimize the usage of cloud resources for cost efficiency while maintaining performance standards. 
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure and operational processes. 
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all cloud solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in working with Oracle Cloud Insfrastructure
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python or Bash) for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
