Role Purpose

Drive profitable growth of the Digital and Software Services Product Line across EMEA in close collaboration with global digital teams and regional sales organizations. Strengthen the Digital Product Line organisation by ensuring operational excellence, portfolio expansion, and a high‑performance culture.

Key Focus Areas

  • Ensure customer expectations are met through effective execution of digital projects and service agreements.

  • Proactively manage the P&L of the EMEA digital business.

  • Optimize investment in digital portfolio expansion and sales enablement.

  • Design and implement systematic business development plans for key growth segments (Data Centre, Industrial, Commercial & Infrastructure).

  • Oversee software engineering scope and performance.

  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and a performance-driven culture within the Digital Product Line team.

What you’ll do:

Product Line Leadership

  • Lead product management, product marketing, and business development for Digital & Software Services in alignment with the EMEA Electrical Services Strategy.

  • Drive end-to-end profitable long-term sales growth for EMEA Services.

  • Define and deploy the overall Services portfolio, including customer-centric service concepts and solutions.

  • Drive productization of the Digital portfolio and develop digital service solutions for end customers, IT channels, authorized service partners, and panel builders.

  • Ensure serviceability and lifecycle considerations are embedded within Business Units.

Business & Financial Management

  • Measure, manage, and drive product performance with a focus on end-to-end profitability in line with profit plans and forecasts.

  • Leverage synergies across business units to enable upselling and cross-selling for profitable growth.

  • Conduct feasibility studies for service approaches on third‑party (non‑Eaton) products.

  • Define strategic pricing policies based on value pricing and ensure price realization.

Sales Enablement & Market Development

  • Support local sales organizations in developing actionable growth plans and monitor performance.

  • Develop and deploy relevant training to maximize sales capability.

  • Gather Voice of the Customer insights to improve offerings and identify new business opportunities.

  • Lead business development and service portfolio marketing across EMEA.

  • Manage proactive sales campaigns, installed base data, and CRM analytics (pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, hit rates, order development vs. profit plan).

  • Identify emerging markets, segments, and business opportunities to expand service coverage.

  • Own growth initiatives and lead implementation through local service units.

Customer & Partner Managament

  • Lead regional service contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring fast response and effective allocation of inquiries.

  • Manage bid/no‑bid processes and risk reviews for major opportunities.

  • Identify, develop, and manage business partners.

Strategic Planning

  • Create and execute strategic product plans using structured business systems (value cycle, strategic planning, etc.).

  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to support growth and ramp‑up targets.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of digital services management experience in a multicultural, international environment.

  • Strong background in innovation management, value proposition development, and business model monetization.

  • Proven experience in business development and marketing across multiple markets.

  • Solid understanding of relevant markets, technologies, and products.

  • Experience working with engineering, operations, finance, and sales teams.

  • Direct customer engagement and negotiation experience (global exposure preferred).

  • International work experience outside EMEA is a plus.

  • Ability to travel globally up to 30%.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in business strategy development, planning, and budgeting.

  • Strong analytical capabilities.
