What You’ll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently Manage Inbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Listen Actively and Provide Clear Information: Listen carefully to customer needs and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their inquiries.
- Access Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
- Assist with Inquiries and Transactions: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, and process transactions efficiently via web-based applications.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain In-Depth Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Support Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at Least 18 Years Old: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Have 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch.
- Complete a Background Check: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
- Comply with Camera Requirements: Comply with camera requirements for meetings and training.
- Have a Verified Internet Connection: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
- Have a Dedicated Work Area: Have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
- Have Working Knowledge of Computers: Have working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
- Pass an Internet Speed Test: Pass an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 1+ Years of Previous Call Center Experience: 1+ years of previous call center experience.
