Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and bilingual customer service representative to join our team of remote customer service representatives. As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support

  • Manage customer accounts, including application data entry and technical support
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Spanish bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
