Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center.
- Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services.
- Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
- Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
- Refering unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
- Performing data entry accurately.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Have 0-6 months of relevant professional experience.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX (Must live in Texas).

- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX (Must live in Texas).
- Fluent ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English.
