Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center.
  • Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services.
  • Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
  • Refering unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
  • Performing data entry accurately.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have 0-6 months of relevant professional experience.
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX (Must live in Texas).

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX (Must live in Texas).
  • Fluent ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English.

Home Office Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds.

  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace.
