Job Description

As a remote data entry clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Data entry: You'll be required to enter data into our system, which may involve reading, writing, and typing at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute.
• Micro tasks: You'll be assigned micro tasks that require you to complete specific tasks, such as product testing, online focus groups, and research trials.
• Customer service: You may be required to provide customer service support to clients, which may involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints.
• Administrative tasks: You may be required to perform administrative tasks, such as data analysis, report writing, and document preparation.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Education: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. However, education levels vary by study, and we welcome individuals from all educational backgrounds.
• Current USA resident: You'll need to be a current resident of the United States to be eligible for this role.
