Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care & Sales Professional with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Customers: Answer questions about insurance products and help customers find the right coverage for their needs.
- Handling Inbound Inquiries: No cold calling! Handle inquiries from individuals who have already shown interest in our insurance options.
- Guiding Customers: Guide customers through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Educating Clients: Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and friendly manner.
- Following Up: Follow up with potential customers, providing additional support as needed to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborating with Agents: Work alongside licensed agents to finalize insurance plans for customers.
