Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Newark, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to work in a flexible remote or office environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as required, including data analysis and reporting

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL and Tableau
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software and systems, including Google Drive and Dropbox
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
