Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers in a collaborative call center environment, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering legendary service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer customer questions confidently and accurately
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
