Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our USA operations team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
