Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate store technology, including point-of-sale systems, to process transactions and manage inventory
- Assist with store operations, including pizza making, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Demonstrate ability to maintain food and team member safety, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Develop strong relationships with customers, building loyalty and driving sales growth
- Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a positive store environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
