Retail Financial Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote a variety of insurance products (Family and General).
- Build, manage, and retain a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
- Provide professional financial planning and insurance advisory services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall team performance.
- Proactively follow up on leads and develop lasting client relationships.
- Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance sales and advisory skills.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all activities.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in handling company-related information, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and internal policies.
- Promptly report any suspected data breaches or unauthorized access to the appropriate company authority.
- Execute any other duties and tasks that may be designated or assigned by the Company.
- To provide supports to your manager as may be required towards Management and staff.
Qualification
Education: Minimum of OND/NCE; HND/B.Sc. is an added advantage.
Experience: Experience in insurance or sales is an added advantage.

1. Sales Achievement: Percentage of monthly and quarterly sales targets met.
2. Client Acquisition: Number of new individual and corporate clients onboarded.
3. Client Retention Rate: Percentage of existing clients retained and renewed.
4. Lead Conversion Rate: Ratio of leads converted into successful policy sales.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Feedback ratings and referrals from clients.
