The Opportunity

PlayStation Studios is building a new Partner Sourcing Group (PSG) — a central, high-impact function designed to elevate how we engage, onboard, and scale external partners across our global studio ecosystem. As a Senior Partner Specialist (P3), you will play a pivotal role in shaping this function from the ground up. You’ll act as the connective tissue between studios, partners, and internal teams — ensuring external partnerships are onboarded efficiently, governed effectively, and deliver exceptional value.

What You’ll Do

Partner Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Identify, assess, and recommend external partners aligned to PlayStation Studios’ creative and operational needs.
  • Lead RFIs, RFPs, market research, and partner evaluations across multiple regions.
  • Orchestrate partner pilots and onboarding with InfoSec, Legal, Finance, Compliance, IT and other Business Units.
  • Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes to enable speed, quality, and scalability.

Vendor Management & Performance

  • Support contract creation and commercial governance across the partner portfolio.
  • Track spend, discounts, and commercial performance against negotiated terms.
  • Define and maintain vendor performance metrics and post-project evaluations.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and payment workflows across multiple systems (incl. but not limited to creation of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase orders, GRs and follow up with invoices and payments).

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain and strengthen strategic trusted relationships across PlayStation Studios, central teams, and external partners, ensuring ongoing alignment, collaboration, and mutual success across initiatives.
  • Act as a central coordination point — anticipating issues, aligning stakeholders, and enabling informed decision‑making.
  • Support vendor enablement through training on PlayStation Studios tools, processes, and expectations.
  • Contribute to PSG knowledge sharing through guidelines, updates, and best practices.

Team & Function Build

  • Partner closely with the PSG Manager – Operations to support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Help shape a best-in-class sourcing and partner management capability for PlayStation Studios.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in vendor management, sourcing, or partner operations, ideally within gaming, creative, entertainment, or technology environments.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Independent confident communicator with a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and systems.
  • Experience working with contracts, onboarding workflows, and compliance‑driven environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (5+ years).
  • BCS Specialist Certificate in Supplier Management or similar is a plus.
