Job Summary:

Scope of Responsibilities: This is a Test Engineering position in the Secure Connected Edge NPU business line. You will be responsible for developing ATE test solutions for SCE NPI products. The position demands a high level of independence, along with strong capability to deliver results and meet project milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain ATE test solution for SCE Edge NPU microcontrollers, including breakthrough projects and IP test vehicles from product concept phase to product launch.
  • Validate 1st silicon, deliver test program and test hardware requirements to product engineer for qualification, characterization and manufacturing release.
  • Evaluate new test methods to improve test coverage, accuracy and efficiency. Promote the new test methods within internal community.
  • Provide inputs on Design-For-Test (DFT) requirements to Design team for test methodology enhancements.
  • Own and manage TE deliverables working with global cross functional teams, including OSATs.

It is expected that in this position, you would be engaged in a high focus project team, working on new products in the latest process technology node.

Job Qualifications:

o    Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines.

o    Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ATE test program development i.e. Teradyne UP1600 or Advantest PS1600.

o    Self-motivated. Able to plan, execute and deliver within given timeline.

o    Strong team player with creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
