Job Description  

The Private Markets Investor Operations team is expanding  and we're looking for a highly service‑driven Investor Onboarding Specialist who excels at coordination and maintaining a clear overview across multiple tasks and stakeholders. In this role, you will shape the first impression investors have of us - ensuring a smooth, professional, and truly outstanding onboarding experience.

What you will do:

  • Take ownership of the full investor onboarding journey and serve as a key point of contact for investors and administrators;

  • Guide new and existing investors through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring compliance with global policies and local regulatory requirements;

  • Maintain and update investor data across our referential systems with a high level of accuracy;

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Tax, Compliance, Legal, Operations) on FATCA/CRS and KYC/AML‑related topics;

  • Manage and resolve internal and external onboarding queries in a timely and service‑oriented manner;

  • Contribute to ongoing projects focused on process improvements, digitalization, and system enhancements;

  • Foster seamless communication among all stakeholders to deliver an exceptional investor experience.

Requirements

  • You have at least a KV degree (or equivalent); any additional education would be beneficial;

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably within asset management;

  • You possess a positive, client-centric mindset with a strong service orientation;

  • You have working knowledge of AML/Compliance regulations;

  • You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken);

  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills;

  • You maintain a high level of trust, discretion, and professionalism;

  • You have a keen eye for detail-oriented administrative tasks;

  • You demonstrate efficiency, accuracy, organization, and flexibility;

  • You have a strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for various tasks.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with database management is a bonus.
