Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud CX Lead Consultant (OFS/TOA), you’ll help clients address enterprise resource planning needs using Oracle Field Service (OFS/TOA). This team supports clients in optimizing work and resource management through Oracle and industry‑specific solutions. If you are a lead consultant with strong OFS and workforce management experience supporting Central and Eastern time zones, this role is for you.

Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day

  • Demonstrate extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs including:

    • Actively participate in client discussions and meetings;

    • Manage engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;

    • Supervise teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seek diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

    • Answer questions and provide direction to less experienced staff;

    • Coach staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

Qualifications

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with OFS;

  • Extensive experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (TOA), including hands-on functional configuration and/or technical development;

  • Experience leading at least 1 implementation;

  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing, building, testing, and deploying mobility solutions aligned with business and operational needs;

  • Proven ability to design, implement, and support business processes within mobile field service environments;

  • Strong capability in identifying and addressing client needs while delivering high‑quality solutions;

  • Ability to build and maintain effective, trust-based client relationships;

  • Skilled at delivering concise and actionable requests for information;

  • Proactive communication of potential issues or conflicts to supervisors or project leadership;

  • Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders in an organized, clear, and knowledgeable manner;

  • Self-motivated with the ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;

  • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers.

Extra edge

  • Participation in the improvement of business processes, including leveraging Oracle Field Service Cloud [TOA];

  • Understanding common issues facing clients in various industry sectors.
